The Egg & I Restaurants choose CCT for new brand building efforts

The Egg & I Restaurants, one of the fastest growing breakfast and lunch concepts in the country, has hired CCT Advertising to help grow its brand and business in 2011.

Headquartered in Lone Tree, Colorado, The Egg & I Restaurants focus on serving proven recipes and delicious home-style breakfasts and lunches in a warm and friendly “home away from home.” Since acquiring the rights to the concept in 2005, E&I Holdings  CEO Bill Baumhauer and President Don Lamb have grown the brand from 17 to 42 restaurants in 6 states, making it one of the largest and fastest growing full-service breakfast and lunch concepts in the country.

The Egg & I Restaurants awarded their business to CCT, a Denver-based advertising agency, after a three-month review that included 3 other Colorado advertising agencies.  As leisure marketing specialists, CCT focuses on 5 to 9 brands.
